New 4-Week Series: Joseph - When the going gets tough

This Sunday: My Struggle With Circumstances

Speaker: Ken Taylor

Life is filled with its ups and downs. Just ask Joseph. From a cushy life in a wealthy family to being kidnapped and sold as a slave, then falsely accused and sent to prison, he knew as well as anyone what it meant for things to get tough. But then something dramatic happened, and the guy at the bottom became the guy at the top. He went from prison to a palace in a matter of hours. His entire life was a crazy ride, but it was also a journey of faith that has so much to teach us about trusting God when everything around you calls on you to do otherwise.

Communion This Sunday

Communion at Grace is celebrated on the 2nd Sunday of the month during the service. It is a time to remember and celebrate Jesus’ sacrificial death on the cross and is open to all who follow Him as their Sin Forgiver and Life Leader. The bread represents Christ’s body given for us, and the cup represents His blood shed for our forgiveness (Matthew 26:26–28; 1 Corinthians 11:23–24). During the service, ushers pass trays with two stacked cups, one with a cracker and one with grape juice. We will be guided through a reflective, prayerful time and instructed on when to take the elements for those who wish to partake.
